24 hours and 2 hours ahead a reminder email automatically goes to the customer. You can pick max 3 reminder times yourself (1h to 72h ahead). Fewer no-shows without you having to do anything.
From your Instagram bio, mail signature or QR code in the studio. Customer enters name, mail, body diagram (where exactly the tattoo goes), reference photos (max 5 from phone), size, color, style, allergies and budget. 2 minutes on phone. No account needed.
Request shows up in /inbox with a match score based on your styles + availability. Ask a question via project chat, decline with reason (auto-mail), or push it to a booking. Allergies are immediately prominent.
Pick date + time from your calendar (conflict detection warns about overlap). Optional deposit via Stripe iDEAL — link goes automatically to the customer. Money lands in your own account, inktboek never touches it. Booking only CONFIRMED once money is in.

Create an account, fill in your studio + one artist (2 minutes), optionally link your Stripe for deposits. After that you have an intake link you can put in your Instagram bio.
For solo typically 1-2 hours. CSV import for the customer list, transfer your own calendar, connect Stripe, share the first intake link. For a 5-artist studio count on half a day.

Stripe supports iDEAL, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For tourists or people without a Dutch bank, card works fine. Want someone to pay cash? Skip the deposit step and accept cash at the appointment.
