Each artist links their own Stripe account. On a booking with deposit the money goes from customer to Stripe to artist directly. Inktboek is never in between.

Stripe supports iDEAL natively. Customers get the normal iDEAL flow with their own bank — no clunky redirect or registration.
You don't have to manually check whether the deposit is in. Stripe webhook automatically sets the booking to CONFIRMED once payment is confirmed.
On timely cancellation: press the refund button in the booking. Stripe handles it; customer gets the money back within a few business days.
In a multi-artist studio you choose per artist where the deposit goes — own Stripe or studio Stripe. Configurable in /settings/team.
iDEAL fee is €0.29 per transaction via Stripe; the artist pays that fee directly to Stripe. Inktboek takes no percentage and never touches the money.

Stripe also supports card, Apple Pay and Google Pay alongside iDEAL. For tourists or international customers that alternative works automatically.
Stripe typically pays out within 1-3 business days to the artist's linked bank account. You can adjust payout settings in the Stripe Dashboard (daily/weekly).
For Stripe yes — Stripe requires a valid business registration. If you have no KvK yet, sort that first and connect Stripe afterwards.
Cancellation window you set per artist (e.g. 48 hours ahead). On timely cancellation press the refund button — money goes back. On no-show or late cancellation the deposit stays.
That rarely happens for legitimate tattoo studios. Stripe sometimes asks for additional documentation (KvK extract, license). We support you via support if it goes wrong.
