The base intake is consistent across all artists (so the data structure stays clean). Your own terms and privacy text you can customize per studio via /settings/legal.
Draft intakes are kept for 7 days. Customer gets a reminder email after 24 hours and 72 hours to finish. Then deleted.

No. Each intake is a separate request — only you (and your team members with the right role) see what comes in.
Yes — thanks to inktboek's i18n layer customers can do the intake in Dutch or English. Switch via the NL/EN toggle in the mobile intake shell.
