Yes. With Studio + you get a 1-on-1 onboarding call. We guide the CSV migration of customers, projects and historical bookings. Existing ink stock we import via spreadsheet.

Yes. Per artist or per location you choose which Stripe account deposits go to — own artist, location central, or studio central. Inktboek never touches the money itself.
No contractual financial penalties, but response within 4 hours on weekdays, and on significant downtime we discuss reasonable compensation (e.g. credit on your next invoice).
Studio + is a flat price (€99 per month) regardless of the number of artists or locations. No percentage per booking, no hidden costs. Stripe fees you pay directly to Stripe.
